Flowing in Strength Yoga
with chad
Flowing in Strength Yoga uses Hatha Yoga with a strong Iyengar Yoga influence. This allows exploration of static postures with the occasional mini vinyasa while focusing on alignment. Find harmony and balance in physical symmetry. Flowing in Strength Yoga looks to equalize the strength and flexibility throughout the body, bringing health to the individual and the class. Each week has a different focus using standing, forward folding, back bending, or restorative postures as well as pranayama (breathing).

Tai Chi for Stress
with Chad
Tai Chi is an ancient martial art practiced at a very slow pace. In modern times it is used for meditation, exercise and stress relief. It uses a series of techniques that teach control and coordination and utilize a mind, body, and breath connection. Students learn forms that are combined to form a sequence. Forms combine coordination of all parts of the body with the breath. Tai Chi is accessible to people of all skill levels and is a great way to begin or continue an exercise program.

ELDOA for Wellness
with Andrew
The ELDOA are exercises that use poly-articular myofascial lines of tension throughout the body to create space within a chosen joint.
As the ELDOA “creates” space, there is an improvement in joint mechanics, improved proprioception, increased blood flow, reduced pressure on the discs, a reduction of pain and tightness, spinal disc rehydration, nerve decompression, improved posture, and a sense of wellbeing.
Each class will focus on different areas of the body. Class is open to practitioners of all levels.

ELDOA Certification
ELDOA 1 & 2 Certification Program with Andrew
The ELDOA postures of the Spine
Dates TBA
Students will learn all of the ELDOA Exercises for the Spine – L5/S1 to C2/C3. The Combination Course is organized to cover all the topics outlined for ELDOA Level 1 and 2 in a comprehensive 3-day format. This intensive course will challenge the student’s capacity for learning but will allow them to efficiently cover the material and all ELDOA exercises for the spine in one course.
PREREQUISITE: None
EXAM: None
COURSE CERTIFICATE: Upon completion of this course a certificate will be given to authorize the student as an ELDOA Student Practitioner Level 1-2.
COST: $1299, $650 for retake
ELDOA 3 Certification Program with Andrew
ELDOA of the Hip, Shoulder, Ribcage, & Sternum
Dates TBA
Students will review all techniques learned in ELDOA 1&2. This course will cover the ELDOA for the Hip joint, Shoulder complex, Ribcage and Sternum.
PREREQUISITE: ELDOA 2
EXAM: None
COURSE CERTIFICATE: Upon completion of this course a certificate will be given to authorize the student as an ELDOA Student Practitioner Level 3.
